Live at Noon with Russ
Each Monday at noon our Senior Minister, Rev. Dr. Russ Peterman goes Live on Facebook to talk about what is on his heart and mind as we begin the week together, and then lead us in prayer. Click Here or on the image to watch today's video.
Courageous Generosity Worship Series

Of all the "virtue" words in the Bible, generosity is mentioned more than all of the others combined. In many ways, generosity is an expression of love, kindness, compassion and mercy. Researchers have found that people who are generous are happier, healthier, and find deeper meaning in their lives than those who are not. You’ll be inspired by the stories of people who have received, or shown, Courageous Generosity.

NEW PODCAST
GOOD NEWS/GOOD BREWS
A New Podcast!
Good News/Good Brews is a new podcast hosted by Rev. Jamie Plunkett & Alex Westbrook of University Christian Church in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a conversational podcast that seeks to ask and discuss those difficult questions and topics we all wrestle with. If you're a curious person, this is what you're looking for. We don't claim to have all the answers, or any of this figured out, but that is kind of the point because none of us have it all figured out.
So, join us as we let our curiosity take us forward on this journey together. We also love all things coffee, beer, wine, and others, so we let's talk about that too. So, kick back with your favorite brew, and join us on this adventure. Cheers!
UCC OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES
January 1st marked 40 straight weeks of delivering 300+ sack lunches and bottles of water to our partners at the Presbyterian Night Shelter on Friday mornings. That’s over 12,000 meals! Thank you for answering the call to give and serve. We have been able to be the church at work in the world because of you, and will continue to do so in 2021.
MLK Day of Service
From our partners at
Tarrant Churches Together:
In honor of Martin Luther King Jr., Tarrant Churches Together has hosted an MLK Day of Service annually for years. We have served the Tarrant Community for years through various acts of service. However, due to Covid-19 and the guidelines placed by CDC we have decided to protect the well-being of those in our community by postponing this year’s event. We are instead asking for gifts so that we may continue our work for equity for all.
You may make your donations at www.tarranttogether.org. We look forward to serving the community in a big way next year for MLK Day in 2022. Thank you for your support in advance.
Java With JV Podcast

A podcast hosted by Rev. Jessica Vacketta, in which she talks with various leaders from community organizations who care for the most vulnerable in the DFW area.

GOT CHAIRS?
This year we will be launching a new worship service that will be called Ten:10. Our design team needs your help in furnishing this new service!

We’re looking for an eclectic collection of old and new chairs, small loveseats or settees and small tables (dining, bistro and side tables). If you have a piece you’d be willing to donate, please text a picture of it to Kalen Ruiz at 817.233.0794. If it fits our needs, we’ll be happy to pick it up from you. Thank you!
