A worksheet outlining all of the information you will be asked to provide can be found on pages 7-8 of the Church Instruction Sheet. It may be helpful to collect all this data prior to accessing the UCC Data Hub. After completing your data entry, you will have the option to answer some survey questions. These survey questions can be found on pages 9-16 of the Church Instruction Sheet.
- Access the UCC Data Hub at: https://datahub.ucc.org
- Login using your Username and Password. Username: Your username is your 6 Digit Church ID Number. The first two digits are the NH Conference number: 44. The remaining four digits are your church number, with leading zero's, if required. For example, NH church "10" would be a username of "440010". NH church 1150, would have a username of "441150". If you don't know your church number, please reference the NH Conference Directory or contact Susanne McCarron. PASSWORD: The default password is yearbook. All church passwords are generally reset to this default at the start of the reporting cycle. Once you have logged in, it is recommended that you change your password
- Once in the Data Hub you will be selecting the different navigation tabs at the top of the page (Home, My Church, Church Report, and Support) to enter your information, review and submit. You will be able to edit the information up to the closing date of March 6th.
See the Church Instruction Sheet for step by step instructions on how to update your church's information.
Once all your updates have been made, return to the Main Info tab and click the Update button. Congratulations! You have now completed reporting your 2023 Yearbook data. Thank You! If you would like to view or print a copy of your church's data move to the Church Report tab at the top of the page. Select the year you wish to view. To Print the report currently showing on your screen, click the Printer Icon. To Save the report, click the disk icon and select the type of file you would like to save to your computer. Note: the NH Conference does not have access to print this report, so if you want a copy for your files, please be sure to print it before logging out of the system.
Please reach out to Susanne McCarron if you need any assistance with updating your information.
