Congratulations New Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry Diplomates
The UCNS is pleased to announce the names of the 55 physicians who passed the 2020 UCNS Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry Certification Examination. Physicians who pass the certification examination have demonstrated their expert knowledge in the subspecialty and now hold the distinction of being UCNS Diplomates. The next Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry certification exam will take place in 2022.

2021 UCNS Neurocritical Care Certification Examination Application Period Now Open
The application period to apply for the 2021 UCNS Neurocritical Care Certification Examination is now open. The examination will take place the week of November 1-5, 2021. Apply by the May 3rd early deadline to save $500 on the application fee. The online application, eligibility criteria, exam content outline and more are available at www.ucns.org.
2021 Clinical Neuromuscular Pathology Certification Examination Application Period Now Open
The application period to apply for the 2021 UCNS Clinical Neuromuscular Pathology Certification Examination is now open. The examination will take place the week of October 4-8, 2021. Apply by the April 1st early deadline to save $500 on the application fee. The online application, eligibility criteria, exam content outline and more are available at www.ucns.org.
UCNS Welcomes Bryan Hagerla as New C-cert Manager
The United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS) is pleased to welcome Bryan Hagerla as the new Continuous Certification (C-cert) Manager. Bryan comes to the UCNS from the Society of Critical Care Medicine where he he worked as a testing and assessment specialist. In his new role, he is responsible for the development and administration of all facets of the UCNS C-cert program and the diplomate contact for questions relating to C-cert. The UCNS now has a total of five full time staff.
