April 2021
2021 C-cert Annual Fees Ready for Online Payment
Sign in to your diplomate profile to pay the annual 2021 C-cert administrative fee. Once signed in, look for the Pay Now icon on the left side of your profile page. Once paid, a receipt for payment is available as a PDF download in the History section of your profile.

Diplomates who did not pay or meet the 2020 C-cert requirements can complete outstanding requirements for 2020 and 2021 for a certification status of "meeting requirements." Outstanding 2020 fees are included with the 2021 online invoice for easy payment. The 2021 C-cert quizzes will be available in late April and notification will be sent via email once they are available. Payment of the annual C-cert administrative fee is required to gain access to C-cert quizzes.

UCNS Online Diplomate Profile - Lifeline to Your Certification Information
Keep your diplomate contact information current! The information in your online profile is the source of information for emails, mailings, and the online Diplomate Directory listing. The UCNS does not rent or sell diplomate contact information. Sign in at www.ucns.org to update your information at any time.

Diplomate Profile Information Tips:
  • Primary Organization Name: In the information box on the left side of the diplomate profile screen, above the Pay Now icon, is where you can edit the information to include your Primary Organization name which is the company/institution name that will be listed in the online Diplomate Directory with your name.
  • Designation: This is your medical designation (i.e., MD, DO, PhD). Please do not include "fellow" designations from other organizations.
  • Date of Birth: Please provide your date of birth. Birth dates are not shared outside of the UCNS office but are important unique diplomate identifiers and provide the organization with important demographic information.
  • Preferred Mailing and Email Addresses: Email is the UCNS's primary means of communicating with diplomates. The business or home address information that you indicate as "preferred" is the information that is used for emailing and mailing information. The email address listed as preferred is also where diplomates retrieve forgotten usernames or passwords. Please enter email addresses in all lowercase letters.

Diplomates can sign into their online profile to update and confirm their contact information and mailing information.
