Join UCP Saturday 7/17 to Clean Up Mashpee!
UCP will be sponsoring a Mashpee community clean up this Saturday 7/17, from 3-5PM. Please park at the rotary or Mashpee Commons. We plan to work Route 28 towards the amazing Sprout Farm.

KEEP CAPE COD GREAT!

We will have a social at Dino's Sports Bar after. Drink responsibly.
UCP Supports Big Nicks Ride Sunday 7/18!
UCP will be greeting "Big Nick's Ride For The Fallen" motorcyclists at both the start of the route at Bourne Bridge Rotary, and the final destination at Sea Dog Pub off old exit 8. We will be taking donations for the War Dog Memorial, and have new UCP t-shirts on hand.

The event is named after Fifth Barnstable State Representative Steven Xiarhos’ son Nicholas Xiarhos, a United States Marine who died in combat in Afghanistan in 2009.

The ride is also the biggest fundraiser for the Nicholas G. Xiarhos Memorial Fund, a non-profit organization designed to support local veterans and military families in need.
Help UCP Raise $ For The Cape War Dog Memorial!
UCP continues to put our thumb on the scale in support of our Military and Law Enforcement. We will never allow the woke mob to disparage either!

These are our real heroes not the squad, David Hogg, Jesse Smollett, Greta Thunberg, or any other misfit they roll out.

You can make a donation at our events, or mail a check to the address below.
UCP Meets The Government Jab Bus In Ptown!
UCP teamed up with MAFA and met the Government Jab Bus in Ptown Thursday to provide people with facts on vaccine adverse effects.

UCP is not anti-Vaxx. We are pro medical freedom, and believe people need all the facts before they take an experimental vaccine that is racking up a spike in bad health outcomes.

The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) is used by the state as well as UCP and can be accessed HERE.
De-escalation techniques were successful retrieving our property from triggered perpetrators who believe voices that conflict with theirs should be silenced. No citizen arrests required.
Nero's Bill Needs Your Support!
On April 12, 2018, Yarmouth Police Sgt. Sean Gannon was shot and killed in the line of duty while attempting to apprehend a violent career criminal. Sgt. Gannon’s police dog, K9 Nero, also was shot in the face and seriously injured.

Unfortunately, due to existing provisions of Massachusetts Law, Nero was not allowed to be treated for his serious injuries by emergency medical personnel working at the scene. Instead, officers were forced to drive Nero to the nearest veterinary hospital in the back of a police cruiser as they fought to keep him alive.

Steve Xiarhos was Deputy Chief of Police in Yarmouth in 2018, and he was at the scene the day Sgt. Gannon and Nero were shot. Now serving the 5th Barnstable District as its State Representative, Steve Xiarhos is the lead sponsor of House Bill 2547, An Act Providing for the Care and Transportation of Police Dogs Injured in the Line of Duty.

This bill would change Massachusetts law to allow emergency medical workers to treat service animals injured in the line of duty. In honor of Nero, this bill has been given the name “Nero’s Bill.”

We need your help to get Nero’s Bill passed into law! Please show your support by signing the petition HERE.
Mass GOP Announces Ballot Question Briefings!
Members, Thanks in advance for your leadership in the effort to place a question on the 2022 ballot requiring voters to present identification at the polls. I look forward to working with you on this project in the coming months.

There are similar efforts needed for ballot questions regarding Infant Healthcare, and also preventing Critical Race Theory in our schools.

Below, is Cape Region kickoff event for these initiatives. The meeting is aimed at motivating, educating, and activating the statewide network of folks who will volunteer to gather signatures.

Mark your calendars!
