With the new school year underway, now is the time to visit our EmpowerED Family Portal!

Whether your student is in kindergarten or 12th grade, you can visit the EmpowerED Family Portal to find digital resources to support their learning, answers to your frequently asked questions about teaching and learning, helpful apps and tutorials for parents as well as links to supplemental resources for additional practice and review of various topics discussed in class.

School Spotlight
For more than a decade, Sun Valley and Shiloh elementary schools were two very distinct schools despite sitting next to each other on the same property.
 
But that all changed six months ago when then-Sun Valley Elementary Principal Dr. Susan Rodgers and then-Shiloh Elementary Principal Scott Spencer presented an ambitious vision to UCPS leadership: one school with two separate campuses.
