The 4th cohort of our global class, Entrepreneurship for Life Science/Healthcare Startups: Master Class Direct from Silicon Valley, is underway with participants from 14 countries in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.
The group encompasses scientists, clinicians, academic faculty, CEOs, startup teams, Pharma executives, investors, and incubator/tech transfer heads. Their commonality is wanting to learn about entrepreneurship as we practice it in Silicon Valley. Guest lecturers have included Stanford's Steve Blank, Cofounder and CEO of Mammoth Biosciences' Trevor Martin, Vern Norviel from Wilson Sonsini, Cofounder and CEO of GenEdit, Kunwoo Lee, and Ilana Fogelman, a former FDA reviewer, and a startup CEO in her own right.
The class is running until December and will end with a Future of Medicine presentation by Daniel Kraft, MD, TED speaker and Chair of Medicine from Singularity University.
