Student Spotlight: Fabio Sasahara
Fabio spent time working on infrastructure projects in Brazil before he made the decision to return to school.
The start of Fabio's academic career with UFTI coincided with the beginning of a National Cooperative Highway Research Project (NCHRP 15-57) under Dr. Lily Elefteriadou. The match-up of these two beginnings helped direct his academic research toward Highway Capacity Analysis.
Recently, Fabio has been recognized for his outstanding achievements; this year he will receive the International Student Achievement Certificate of Excellence.
