Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND TANGIBLE SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR DONATIONS AND PRAYERS, BY WHICH WE CAN CONTINUE TO SUPPORT PASTOR ISAAC FROM UGANDA !!!
Here follows a follow-up report received from Ps Isaac this week, of his work amongst the violent youths and also at the clinic, in Uganda. All that he does is centered in God's gift of His blood and repentance.
Dear Friends and Supporters of our work in Uganda.
It is with great joy that I share with you the accomplishments and victory God gave us last week. God had placed in my heart to take the gospel to the most dreaded youth in the two sub counties of Anyara and Ogwolo.
We baptized this program as, “GOD’S LOVE FEAST”
Also I had a passion burning in my bones like fire to reach the poor and sick people with the gospel through provision of free medical consultation and free laboratory tests.
We named the program, “THE MEDICAL CAMP”
At the beginning of the month of July, just a day before carrying the missions above, my father G. Obongo passed on at age 84 as a result of Heart disease. I was heartbroken. As the first child, I knew enormous responsibility was falling upon me and I was ill prepared for it. By the grace of God, I went past the mourning period and we offered our father a decent burial.
Three weeks later, I revived the lost mission because the burden was unbearable: I would sit up late at night in my living room crying and begging the Lord for the souls of the misdirected youth and poor patients. I was born there 61 years ago and owe those people everything including my life.
PROGRAM ONE: GOD’S LOVE FEAST :
It was called the love feast because we planned to show God’s love to the foremost of sinners. He sent His beloved Son for people like this. We organized and shared good lunch, comprising of mutton and rice plus soft drinks popularly known “Soda”.
They came in excess - far over the number we had invited. Both girls and boys came - over 100 of them They gave one strict condition of engagement with me, that they did not want to see any policeman, government enforcement officer and local government agent around. If such people show up, it would be different and the worst for any of them irrespective of whether they carry fire arms or not. I had to strictly comply.
When I notified the district government and police about our meeting, they got worried about my safety and the safety of the pastors I was working with. They suggested to give us police force for protection. But I politely declined the offer telling them that nothing will happen because I have a tighter and most powerful protection in Heaven. Police presence would have been disaster.
These boys and girls are very young, between 13 to 23 years. A majority are orphans and from broken families and who did not find opportunities to have education or any skills training. They are very wild in order to find something to eat or find something to occupy them. They take drugs and alcohol in excess. At night, they waylay people to rob, rape and beat. They take pleasure in harming others. Two people were killed this year by these gangs. For example, a married woman was late from a visit somewhere, she met them and she was gagged and gang raped by more than 12 boys. Girls offer sex at a minimal fee of UGX 1,000 ( about $0.30 USD) to any one just to survive. Policemen fear these gangs, and wouldn’t risk intervention unless it is a big police force.
I began by preparing 15 pastors to handle these kind of people. This is part of my specialization in training as Biblical Counsellor. I am miles away in Jinja, but the work is done by these local church leaders. Three pastors preached using the approache based on scripture we had agreed upon.
I was the last speaker and called for those who wished to give up their lives and accept Jesus Christ as Lord. Every one was surprised to see 28 of them coming forward; a majority of them repenting in tears. I wept myself too. I felt an overwhelming love sweeping across my heart.
Pastors quickly registered them and invited them to join any church of their own choices . Although only 28 openly came out that day, but the number is now 76. Others went to church later after being sober. All have asked for training in some skill to survive and to be occupied to avoid bad old ways. We've compiled a list from Messages I received from pastors last Sunday.
We now have a task to disciple, occupy and integrate these people into the community. More than 10 have called my phone number since that day.
I was able to hand out some footballs and other sport items.
And Tomorrow (3rd August) Gang A will play Gang B.
In conclusion: We are praying for the capacity to help these youth in terms:
(1) Discipleship - I need to travel regularly to coordinate discipleship
(2) We urgently need to start skills training in hair dressing, tailoring, brick laying and wielding and carpentry
Please, if you know of anyone who can donate sewing machines, carpentry tools or even funds, encourage them

PROGRAM TWO: MEDICAL CAMP
We built a clinic known as Rawfaw Health Care. The objectives were:
(1) To offer affordable Health Care services to this impoverished rural community
(2) To offer professional medical service
(3) Generate income to support girl-child education
Rawfaw Health Care was opened on 21st August 2021. It has a medical laboratory , admission ward for 5 patients on close monitoring, Medical Officer, Nurses and Laboratory Technician.
We do carry medical camps quarterly to reach out to patients with the gospel. The activities done during these medical camps are:
(a) Patients are given the opportunity to consult the doctor free of cost;
(b) All recommended laboratory tests are also done free of charge. If treatment is needed, then patient pays for it. Treatment is not free;
(c) During the time the patient is in the compound waiting, the gospel is preached and positive response to receive Jesus as Lord is given. Those who accept will be led in repentance and may join churches of their own choice and convenience.
The last medical camp took place in April 2023 and 101 souls gave their lives to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
But this one was quite unique: The number of people who came was overwhelming. The majority of patients were in their 50s and above.
We had hired 5 medical officers and 3 nurses from Soroti city referral hospital. The number was so big that we could not complete it in one day ,so the camp was extended for another day.
The gospel was preached and many received Jesus Christ as Lord as savior. I have not yet the actual number, but more than 200 people.
Apart from the common diseases such as malaria, typhoid, Cough etc. , laboratory test results indicated that the following diseases are on a rise:
(1) Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) – As a result of poor hygiene and indiscriminate sexual practices
(2) Brucellosis – As a result of eating contaminated beef, drinking milk not well cooked and use of cow dung to fix the floor of living huts
(3) Ulcers - As a result of starvation and stress. People are oppressed by poverty and famine. This may be caused by climate changes ( drought and excess rainfall leading to crop failures).
Rawfaw Health Care medical officer will compile and deliver a comprehensive report to the District Health Office for community education.
The community has suggested that Rawfaw introduce other missing medical components such a maternity and dental units.
The challenge we faced this time was that more people than we anticipated came. We were forced to borrow more drugs from a pharmaceutical company worth UGX 2,100,000 (USD 600) to complete the work.
PRAYER REQUEST: Rawfaw Health Care still needs small external support for some time before it stabilizes.
We are praying for additional USD 500 monthly for 6 months to help us stabilize.
Please, if you know any organization, church or an individual who can assist with either of the two programs, please share with them on our behalf.

Question: do you consider repentance vital in these times? There are 14 people who support this ministry with a regular donation each month. Our goal this month of August is to double that number to 28.. We are still at 14. Will you join them today?
God bless you,
Pastor Jeff Daly

Are you called to bring His Flame of repentance to your city or state or nation? The LORD lit the flame among youth in Africa, and it's now burning among youth in several nations, but He wishes it to spread all over His Planet. We'll join you to pray for His Wisdom to make it happen where He's planted you--in your town, your city, your State, your nation, for such a time as this (Acts 17:26). Repentance is His Gift, not a punishment. Following His Word, the Lord will heal IF we collectively repent. We'll help you organize the teaching, following our OUT/Youth Arise trainings in Africa!
