Traffic, Construction, and Maintenance Updates

Construction Updates

Vehicular traffic is advised to avoid Los Trancos Drive due to heightened Area 12 construction activity in the new housing area.
Structural framing is nearing completion on all buildings. Stucco and painting will be taking place in the coming weeks.
Los Trancos pool and park is slated to begin its renewal project this fall, tentatively set for September. For more detailed information, including an illustrative plan and next steps, please check here.

New StoryWalk Book

Explore University Hills' June StoryWalk® book, "Pride: The Story of Harvey Milk and the Rainbow Flag" by Rob Sanders. The UHills Entertainment Committee displays a new book the first weekend of every month. Your StoryWalk® adventure begins at the entrance to Vista Bonita Park, near Vista Bonita Drive.

UHills Block Party Package Is Available!

The HRB encourages the community to host BLOCK PARTIES!

The HRB is proud to promote community engagement and would like to support the block parties. The Entertainment Committee has put together a Block Party Package where hosts may request any of the following:

Tables
Tablecloths
Chairs
Cones
$150 for food and drink (this will be reimbursed after the event)
