The ranking highlights UK's commitment to innovation and impactful research. In 2023, UK secured 33 U.S. utility patents, filed 161 patent applications and held 930 worldwide patent assets. | |

The Workshop will be held on March 6 and will be focused on the Resource Recovery Marketplace, Technology Roadmaps and Technology Scale Centers. The Summit will be held on March 7 and will be focused on our Ecosystem, Working Together, Workforce and the Framework for GAME Change. Scott is a Commercialization Manager for the Office of Technology Commercialization where he manages UK’s energy and materials portfolio by collaborating with UK innovators to develop business models and commercialization plans for various technologies.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky. Previously, he held the position of Associate Director for UK Mass Spectrometry Core, where he worked with researchers to provide analytical capabilities and data analysis.
