Today's contemporary global economy forces architecture, urban planning and design to confront the complex mechanisms  of finance and economics.  At the same time, exceptional developments around our region are increasingly reliant upon excellent design to create market differentiation and to creatively address technical challenges.

 

The program engages both by considering design and investment as integrally connected, examining the ways each can add value tot he other.  Attendees will hear Jon Pickard deliver his findings and experience on the subject, as well as hear from architect/ developer teams who have successfully married these concepts in Atlanta projects.
