THANK YOU TO ALL WHO WORKED AT THE
SPRING OUTDOOR CLEANUP ON JUNE 1

Thank you to all who worked at the spring outdoor cleanup on June 1st. We had folk ages 3 and up helping out. You were great! While much has been completed, we still have unfinished projects - such as "weed-wacking" sections and completing the rail painting by the upper parking lot. If you could come by for a few hours whenever it works for your schedule to help out on one of our remaining needs, please contact Penn Gildersleeve at 303-902-9959 or penngildersleeve@comcast.net.

THANK YOU TO OUR AMAZING
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL STAFF!

Thank you to our AMAZING VBS staff for all they did  for a spectacular VBS - adults & youth. Special thanks to our wonderful Children's & Youth Director, Sarah Sailor, who this year, in addition to organizing and leading it all, also wrote the program herself! Thanks to all the great kids for their participation and for the support of their families.

ATTENTION AMAZON SHOPPERS!!

First of all, thank you to the 31 participants using Amazon Smile to benefit our church.  We have earned $50 from the Amazon Smile program so far this year.

For those of you who are not using Amazon Smile when you purchase from Amazon, did you know that you can help support our church (UMCE) while shopping on Amazon?  Through Amazon Smile, you can designate a 501(c)(3) charity as a recipient of 0.5% of your purchase amount.  It will be donated to your charity of choice. To participate, login at Smile.Amazon.com  (same user name and password as your account), select the church as your charity of choice, and continue through to purchase.  Thank you for using this program to support the church.

HOSTS NEEDED FOR SUMMER COFFEE FELLOWSHIP

We greatly appreciate our ministry teams hosting Coffee Fellowship following both services October - May.  During June - September we count on individuals to sign-up to provide this important weekly time of hospitality.  Sign up is now happening for June & July.  See the sign-up sheet and thank you for volunteering!

THE LIBRARY

The LIBARY has been reorganized. Please consider making use of the many wonderful books in it! For example, The biography of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, by Eric Metaxas, or any of the C. S. Lewis books in the theology section. There are also many good resources for Biblical studies or the history of Methodism.  We will not have a sign-out sheet. If you want to borrow a book, just take it. We only ask that you return it to the place you found it in a reasonable time, and in the condition that it was received. Also, if you wish to donate books, please do not just drop them off at the library. (Yes, I like to clean out my bookshelves, too.) Instead, please contact Jim Ament by phone or text message at 303-246-2480; or by email at jimament@me.com.
