Church Christmas Decorating Party- 11/24

All are welcome and invited to join in the fun of making the church merry and bright for the Advent and Christmas seasons! After worship on November 24th, we will gather for a specially festive fellowship time and then we will set out to decorate the Sanctuary, hang outdoor Christmas lights, decorate trees, hang wreaths, and more! We hope that you will be a part of getting this special time of the year kicked off at UMCRB!

Tidings of Joy-12/15

We will once again trumpet in the season of Great Joy. At 7:00 pm that evening, our special “Tidings of Joy” worship and candlelight service will recreate all the necessary Christmas context. The urgency, excitement, mystery, and hope of these joyous tidings will be kindled through readings and Christmas hymns, and especially by the dynamic music of Daniel Pinkham (1926-2006). His famous “Christmas Cantata” is simultaneously ancient, medieval, and modern. It will combine a vocal choir, brass, and the UMC Red Bank’s magnificent Hradetzky pipe organ into an undeniably manifest choir of angels. The UMCRB Handbell Choir will also be featured prominently. Don’t miss this joyous event!

Join Our Team of Door Greeters

If you are available Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 11:45 am-12:15 pm , Wednesdays from 12:45-1:15 pm, or Saturday mornings, please consider signing up to be a door greeter for our community group meetings. Help our church serve the community by greeting group members during school hours (where the door must remain locked). BPC Food Pantry- Donations Welcome

The Backpack Crew has continued to serve the increasing number of people who are impacted by food insecurity in the midst of this health crisis. Food donations are greatly appreciated on the back porch of the church, Monday though Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.

The current donation request is Personal Hygiene Items. *shampoo, soap, dental care items, brushes, and toilettries of any kind*
