The Worcester FM Residency community is incredibly grateful to Dr. Kristina Gracey for her service in her role as the Women's Health Education Director. Dr. Gracey has been a steady presence in the residents' educational experience on labor and delivery for the last seven years and has recently decided to transition out of this role to focus more on her patients in Barre. She has provided thoughtful leadership throughout these last seven years, leading innovations in women's health residency education including trauma-informed care, anti-racism and obstetrical ultrasound. Dr. Gracey has worked diligently to elicit residents' goals and incorporate them into their rotation experiences. She has tirelessly listened to residents' and faculty's concerns and has worked collaboratively to make improvements. We truly appreciate your leadership, Kristina!

Please join us for an overview: In this episode, we explore a nonpharmacologic approach to easing symptoms of COVID-19 in patients who are at lower risk of progression. Supported by a small study, a nasal saline rinse and gargle regimen was associated with more rapid symptom resolution and lower hospitalization rates. Learn how a simple salt solution can be an effective step in preventing adverse outcomes of COVID-19 for patients who are at low risk. Guest: Jillian Joseph, MPAS, PA-C, presents: "Can Saline Rinsing and Gargling Clear the Path to COVID-19 Relief?" - Frankly Speaking Ep 364.
