Annual reviews should be nearing completion. Supervisors: if you receive a review in Etrieve that is not from one of your assigned faculty, please refer to the master list that was sent or reach out to Heather Garron (heather.garron@umassmemorial.org). She can help you determine to whom you should refer the document. Resources and FAQs for completing your annual review can be found using the link provided below:

https://www.umassmed.edu/ofa/academic/faculty-reviews/apr/. Annual reviews with supervisors should be completed by July 17th to leave time for chair review and timely submission to the school.

WFMR is in need of more educational opportunities to work with community preceptors in the Ambulatory Gynecology rotation. If you or someone you know has gynecology-focused clinical sessions including LARC procedures, endometrial biopsies, menopause care, and is interested in having residents shadow them please reach out to Becca, WFMR FM-OB Ed Director (rebecca.gwaltney@umassmemorial.org). We'd ask for a commitment to 13 half-day sessions per year (only one resident at a time), and more sessions could be scheduled if desired! See the full list of current Amb GYN preceptors here.
