Josephine Fowler, MD, MBA, Vice Chair of Clinical Services

HeatherLyn Haley, PhD, Program Director

The FMCH Diversity Response Team includes ombudspeople, trained in restorative justice principles, who are embedded in the department at different sites and in different positions.

The goal is for each member of the department to feel there is someone they trust to help them process events that impact them negatively and to consider the full range of reporting and response options available for achieving restorative justice.  If you've experienced or witnessed harm, you can now complete the Ombuds Support Form to let us know what's happening anonymously and/or to seek support and guidance as you consider your options for reporting to entities outside the department. The Department is actively tracking issues that impact Diversity and Inclusion. For more details and the permanent link to the form, check out the new FMCH Social Justice and Inclusion page under About Us on the department website. We'd love your feedback as we pilot this new tool.

Join us as we discuss this condition, its impact on women, and evidence on effective treatments. Guest: Susan Feeney, DNP, FNP-BC, NP-C and Jill M.
