This culinary extravaganza is a fundraising event with proceeds going toward the Jeff Eubanks Endowment at UNA Foundation.

Each course of the meal will feature thoughtfully composed, well executed ingenuity by the culinary students with the guidance of their mentors from the University and Marriott Shoals.

The Marriott Shoals is proud to host this culinary event. All proceeds directly support the Jeff Eubanks Culinary Arts Management Program.



Jeff Eubanks was a much-loved chef in the area for many years. His culinary talent is legendary in the Shoals.

The distributions from the endowment established in Eubanks' honor will empower the students and faculty of UNA's Culinary Program.
