Hi Neil, :-)

We've got some thrilling updates you will want to take advantage of! 🎉 Later this week, we're rolling out a new menu with delightful surprises. We're bringing back our mouthwatering loaded mac and cheese dishes and adding some cozy winter favorites for you to enjoy! One standout item is Clower's Mesquite Pork Roast Sandwich, currently running as a special, along with Fonzarelli's Pizza Burger and the "Seven Hawks" Buffalo Chicken Salad. Trust us, your taste buds are in for a treat!

And here's some more excellent news: beef prices are finally coming down, allowing us to pass those savings on to you! So swing by this week, sample a new dish, and let us know your thoughts. We can't wait to hear your feedback! Oh, and don't forget—our doors are now open on Mondays!

Lastly, we're excited that live music is back, and our December calendar is packed with must-see events! Join us for one of our fantastic Friday performances, and take advantage of the chance to showcase your talent at our new Open Mic Night on Saturday, December 7, from 6 to 8 PM. Plus, immerse yourself in the holiday spirit with delightful Christmas music from The Garnets on Saturday, December 14, from 6 to 8 PM.

We'll leave you with a couple of musical notes. Open Mic Night will be a permanent monthly event, so tell all the aspiring musicians in your life! We're also looking for more fantastic acts to perform on Fridays and need an energetic emcee for Open Mic Night. If you love music and want to get involved, please get in touch with us at thebackseat@kirbygs.com or leave a comment on our Facebook events listing. Your participation can make a big difference!

In closing, Erica and I would like to express our sincere gratitude for your steadfast support throughout these challenging years. We are beginning to see the light as we pursue God's path. It hasn't been easy, but the power of prayer has proven immensely significant. So, thank you for your continued prayers and support, and a shout out to our team at KirbyG's for your efforts to bring the diner back to life.

Sincerely,

Neil & Erica
