Washington County Government is pleased that the Federal Government has secured funding for state, local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations on a cost-sharing basis for emergency work and the repair or replacement of facilities damaged by the severe storm and flooding in Frederick and Washington Counties. The applicants' briefings for Washington County being held at 16232 Elliott Parkway, Williamsport, MD on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 8:30 a.m is solely intended for government officials only.

Please be advised, funding provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is for government entities only. Other programs are available for citizens still requiring assistance. The Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) continues to accept applications .
