Openings and Closings of Ramps at Maple Street, Serfas Club Drive
Westbound 91 Lincoln Avenue On-Ramp Closure - Thursday, October 20 at Night

As part of the Riverside County Transportation Commission's (RCTC) 91 Project, a series of key activities are taking place the week of October 16, 2016. Overall, the project is 85 percent complete and crews continue to work around the clock six to seven days a week to open new lanes in the first half of 2017. As ramps, bridges, connectors and local street improvements are completed, they will continue to be opened for use.
Week of October 16, 2016: Information is subject to change based on weather, field conditions or other operational factors.
  • New westbound 91 Maple Street flyover on-ramp open
  • New Maple Street Bridge with two southbound only lanes open - Motorists north of the 91 can travel south to enter westbound 91. Motorists can use Serfas Club Drive or Smith Street to access Maple Street north of the 91. Motorists south the 91 can enter westbound 91 from Sixth Street.
  • Main Street Undercrossing with three lanes open in both directions. Note: Additional striping and signage work the night of Tuesday, October 18.
Tuesday, October 18
  • Close westbound Maple Street off-ramp at 8 pm for two months - Motorists can use new Serfas Club Drive/Auto Center Drive off-ramp. See detour map for details.
Wednesday, October 19
  • Open new westbound Serfas Club Drive/Auto Center Drive off-ramp at 4 am. Please note that the new exit point for this ramp is on the far right side of westbound 91 immediately past the Maple Street bridge.
Thursday, October 20
  • Close westbound Lincoln Avenue on-ramp at 8 pm for two months - Motorists can use Main Street or Maple Street westbound 91 on-ramps. See detour map for details. Note: This closure was previously planned for Tuesday, October 18.
