Dear Majestic Owners and Managers-

This past weekend Majestic Beach Resort Community Association held the 2018 Annual Owners Meeting. Our usual Friday evening event was a little scaled down from past years. However, the food was still excellent and the fellowship among fellow owners was even better. The Annual Meeting was held Saturday afternoon. It was nice to see a good turnout and excellent input from everyone.

The main purpose of this email is to update everyone regarding the painting project at Majestic. First, the walkway floor coating continues to progress as scheduled. This week crews will complete Tower 2, floors 18 -23 on the north walkway ( Front Beach Road side) floor coating. All north walkway floors in Tower 1 have been completed.

There will, however, be a change to the overall schedule due to impacts from Hurricane Michael. This week crews were originally scheduled to begin the south ( beach side) balconies of all '01 units in Tower 1. However, this work will not take place this week as originally scheduled. Wednesday we will provide an updated schedule for the drops on the unit balconies. We will be sure to provide notice to each individual stack ahead of time. Remember, as previously announced, when crews begin the south balconies, they will be painting the ceilings, walls, and balcony decks. While your unit will be accessible, the balconies will be closed off from the outside and furniture will need to be pulled inside the units, until the deck coating has cured.
