Dear Majestic Owners and Managers-

Well the weather has finally caught up to us. We made it completely through the Tower 1 north walkway schedule without any interruptions. This week beginning Monday, November 5th, we were scheduled to begin the 18th - 23rd floor north walkways of Tower 2. However, due to rain and high humidity this week, crews will be unable to apply the walkway coating as scheduled. Crews are already opening up the access to the floors, so any guests or owners are free to return immediately. The question that immediately comes up is, "what happens to the schedule moving forward?" The 18th - 23rd floors will be rescheduled for the dates of 12/3/18 - 12/10/18. The remaining floors, 1-17, will remain on schedule as originally planned, barring any further weather delays.

Additionally, due to delays from Hurricane Michael, the south, beach side, balcony drop schedule has also been adjusted. Remember as the balconies are being painting, the unit will still be accessible. However, the unit balconies will not be accessible as crews work on the ceilings, walls, and balcony decks. Prior to the balcony painting, we ask that all balcony furniture, accessories, cabinets, etc. be brought inside the unit in order avoid any delays in the schedule.
