Montgomery County Land Records Office announces specific times it will accept recordings;
DC Recorder of Deeds still open
The Montgomery County Clerk has officially announced that its Land Records Office will continue to accept recordings at the Maryland Avenue doors , starting today, but ONLY at the following times:
  • 10 a.m.
  • Noon
  • 2 p.m.

As we shared with you last night, GCAAR successfully advocated to reverse the decision to completely close this office through April 6.

Staff at the office will take proper precautionary measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus in alignment with the CDC’s recommendations. Additional information is available on the Montgomery County website .
