Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Readiness

Greetings!

As we have previously communicated, eVero will be requiring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for system log-in effective September 2022. MFA provides increased security by requiring users to verify their identity before gaining access to the eVero platform by use of a secondary method, such as a text, phone call, or email, in addition to your ID and password.

Reminder! To ensure a smooth transition once MFA is enabled, all users will need to verify their contact information in the system.

To date, only 16% of eVero users have enabled MFA, with only 6% of eVero Clients achieving full MFA implementation.
