House Bill 231

Representative Reeder had the honor of filing House Bill 231 this week. This Bill was filed to improve public access to social services. This act will reduce a number of burdens and requirements that social workers often face with having many licenses. This piece of legislation will overall keep the regulatory authority of states to protect public health and safety through the licenses the state already has in the system. This act is a continuation of Representative Reeder's agenda for this year!
