House Bill 415 (Stop Addiction Fraud Ethics Act of 2023) passed 113-0 on the House floor last week.

Crossover Period, What is it?

May 4th is "Crossover Day" at the NC General Assembly. This is when bills "cross over" from one chamber to the other. This is usually a hectic time as legislators and staff get public and local bills ready to send to the other chamber.

H576 - Health Care Practitioner Transparency Act.

H809 - Hospital Violence Protection Act.

H815 - The Loving Homes Act.

Voter ID Reinstated

The NC Supreme Court handed down their decision on several key issues last week. Among them included reinstating the 2018 Voter ID law.
