FAQ's that may help you:
- Many parents have said they're coming right after school. Their children are in costume from class parties - AND - have early dismissals. Event hours are 1-6, but you may set your own times.
- Be prepared to hand out candy quickly.
- TREATS - FLIERS & MORE are more than welcome for adults!
- Keep hand sanitizer available on your counter, or table for attendees and staff to use.
- People are excited for this event and will turn out for free candy regardless of the weather.
BOOTH SPACE UPDATES:

You may park a vehicle in your space Trunk or Treat style. See photos for examples below. Everything you have needs to be in your space or close to it. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE COMING AFTER 1pm.

Be friendly with your neighbors. There is more than enough space for everyone to do everything.

There are a couple of puddles down there. If your spot is too wet, we will gladly move you to an open space.

The Chamber will be there after 11:30am with a booth. Any questions can be directed to our team.

SUPER IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE A TENT - - IT MUST BE WEIGHTED DOWN! THIS MEANS: 1-2 CINDER BLOCKS TO EACH CORNER or 5 GALLON BUCKETS WITH WATER. Tables are not heavy enough. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE AND INJURY CAUSED BY YOUR TENT. Any unweighted tent will be removed from the event.
