NOON - 1:30 PM SFO Technical Working Group
Note: Agenda Item 2 has SFO presentations on the “overlays” and “innovative” procedures relating to SFO’s planned new landing system. We are calling for an environmental assessment that considers the cumulative ground noise impacts for all GBAS plans. Among our concerns is the loss of reprieve that we currently have when there are weather constraints which the new landing system could change to cause more noise for arrival communities.
