Mary of Magdala Nov 29
Sunday Mass at **11:00 am**
With community chat rooms

First Sunday in Advent Question: How can you be throughout Advent so that you are filled with great Hope at Christmas, the Incarnation event?

We are celebrating Mass (with Consecration) at 11:00 am via Zoom. The presider is Pastor Jane assisted by Deacon Rosean. The Lectors are Jim Berry and Cindy Cloyd with Bill Smith leading us in prayerful song.

As part of our Advent theme, we are recognizing the role of Mary, Mother of God. Each week you will see a different Magnificat based on the theme of the week. We hope this will lead you to further engage with birthing Christ into our world today.
Readings for this week are from 2 Peter 3:8-15 and the 'Magnificat of Waiting for the Fullness of Time' by Ann Johnson, Miryam of Nazareth with the Gospel reading -- Mark 13:24-37.

Here is the Sunday liturgy document for you to view/print and follow along in the celebration.

First Sunday of Advent theme: Watch, prepare, with joy.

Save the dates - Zoom links and more information coming
Each week of Advent there will be a question for you to ponder, contemplate related to the readings for the week. You will find it at the top of the bulletin where the quote usually is located. Feel free to write, draw, sing, dance, or pray wherever the question leads you. God loves to see us turn inward to deepen our faith.
