Dear MIU alumni, supporters, and friends,
This Friday, December 6, we will celebrate the amazing contributions of our faculty and staff who have served MIU for 30 years or longer. Many have served more than 40 years, and founding president Dr. Robert Keith Wallace tops the list with 53 years of service.
More than 80 faculty and staff will receive Lifetime Achievement Awards.

There will be two events, back-to-back:
- Awards banquet – speeches will begin about 12:30 CT, including Dr. John Hagelin.
- Awards ceremony – will start about 1:30 CT. Newly inaugurated president Dr. Tony Nader will speak.

The inspiration for these events comes from the MIU Board of Trustees Personnel Committee, co-chaired by Dr. Laura Wege and Mrs. Josie Fauerso. We want to express our gratitude to them for the countless hours they have spent over these past months fundraising and helping organize this special day for all of us.
