State Directive Related to WIOA Memorandums of Understanding

Check out the California Economic Development Department's directive about Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) related to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The policy provides guidance and establishes the procedures related to WIOA MOUs for comprehensive, affiliate and specialized America’s Job Center of California   (AJCC) locations. The policy applies to all Local Workforce Development Boards (Local Board) and AJCC-required partners, and is effective immediately.
