Important Questionnaire for ECE Programs

AFK would like to gather information from early care and education programs to help us assist families in our community. Please click on the button below to complete our important questionnaire. If you need to share additional information about your program, you may complete the questionnaire as often as needed.

AFK Availability March 16-27

In order to take every precaution and prioritize health and safety for you and our AFK team, AFK staff remain available to assist you as usual by phone and email (see staff directory ) from March 16-27. The AFK office building will be closed and we will not be conducting any in-person meetings. If you need immediate assistance, our ECE Help Line ( 719.205.2691 ) is available from 8 am - 4 pm (M-F). We welcome your calls and look forward to assisting you.

Training & Events

If you are currently registered for an upcoming AFK training, you will be contacted via email with training-specific information related to cancellation or rescheduling. You may continue to register for any training offered in April and beyond. Due to the individual nature of each training offered, be sure to visit our AFK calendar for details about each training before registering. We will update events on the calendar with as much information as possible. Please click HERE for our refund/cancellation policy as well as our health and safety guidelines.
