Everything you need to gear up for the fall semester

Welcome families!

We're ready to welcome you and your student to campus for the fall semester. This newsletter includes information and important dates for you and your student.

Move-In Day

First-year students move in Wednesday, Aug. 22, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and we want to help you be as prepared as possible.

When you arrive on campus, please park in the parking garage on Hambley Blvd. and head across the pedway to Record Memorial Building. Check-in will be held in Booth Auditorium.

Once your student completes the check-in process and receives their room key you can drive your vehicle to upper campus where you'll be welcomed by UPIKE students, faculty, and staff who will help unload and get everything to your student's room.

Wondering what to bring? We've got you covered. Click HERE or contact a member of our Residence Life staff.
