UPK TIMELINE UPDATE
CONTINUITY OF CARE TIMELINES
Families who submitted their application during the pre-registration period and had continuity of care (priority) status will receive their matches on April 3 and will have one week to either accept or decline those matches. Families must take action during that week if they wish to keep their priority seat. Any family who is having an issue with accepting or declining should reach out to UPK@jointinitiatives.org for assistance.
