UPK KEY DATES
The next and final matching algorithm will run on July 5. Any seat changes needed by providers MUST be submitted by July 1 to be completed before the July 5 algorithm. Seat changes should be submitted to Noreen at nglt@mac.com.

UPDATING CHILD STATUS
Providers – Please begin moving your children from accepted to enrolled status if you know your August start date. This allows for better tracking of open seats as well as ensuring that you don’t miss any enrollment deadlines for payment!
QUALITY STANDARDS ROUNDTABLE
JI's monthly Roundtable will be held on JUNE 26th at 1 pm OR 6 pm. The agenda will consist of CDEC updates around the Quality Standards, with a discussion of the first phase of the implementation and technical support for any provider needing assistance. We highly recommend registering for the June session, visiting the UPK page, and/or watching past Roundtable recordings on JI's YouTube channel.

UPK OUTREACH EVENTS
JI will be attending and hosting several community events in June and July where families can register for UPK on-site. Look for these events to be posted on JI's Community Family Calendar and the UPK Info Hub soon. We'll also share them in upcoming UPK newsletters.
REMINDER TO FAMILIES
Families only need to complete ONE UPK application per child for the 2024-25 year. If you need to make changes or are having trouble logging into your original application to make changes, please contact UPK@jointinitiatives.org. Do NOT create a second application.
