RETIREE REMINDERSfrom President Mandy
Our national convention in Denver is fast approaching it’s time to get those suitcases out. Here are a few things I want to remind you about.
--The hospitality room 2227 tower side will open Friday afternoon.
--Saturday the executive board meeting will be in Director’s Row F at 4 if you would like to attend.
--Sunday we will have our first retiree meeting at 1:30 in the Tower Grand Ballroom. Postal Service Health Benefits will speak for the first hour.
--Monday the voting precinct will open from 12:00 to 1:30 be sure you vote in the Tower Court A room. General session will begin at 2:00 again in the Tower Grand Ballroom.
--Wednesday we will have our retiree luncheon at 12:30 in the Tower Grand Ballroom. We also will sponsor the dance that night….dress western.
--We have been working hard on this convention and looking forward to seeing everyone. Thank you for your support and help.
 
UPMA RETIRED PROPOSED BYLAW CHANGE: President Mandy
The attached Bylaw Change was submitted to the committee timely and will be read on the floor at national convention. However, it missed the publication date for the Leader and therefore not printed there. You are encouraged to bring all publications with proposed Bylaws printed, including the attached, as there will NOT be printed copies at the Retiree meeting in Denver.
