King Soopers Cards
Speaking of supporting your school, l et's reach our goal of raising over $12,000 via King Soopers Grocery Cards!  We can do it without costing our families a single cent!

How to raise the money:
  1. Pick up your grocery card in the main office, or email [email protected]
  2. Hand your card to your cashier before they ring up your groceries and tell them how much money you'd like to load on the card, up to $500.  It is pre-loaded with $2.50, which is yours to spend.
  3. Use your card like a gift card to purchase groceries or gas (at all Loaf 'n Jug locations), and when it's empty, load more money on it. The UPark PTA will receive a 5% donation from King Soopers every time you reload!

Annual UPark Auction-Save the Date

The 2019 Auction will be held on Saturday, April 6th, 2019 at Archetype Distillery (119 S Broadway). This event, and the Apple Campaign, are University Park's most
important fundraisers, and are the key to our continued success and growth. The auction is also a fun way for parents, guardians, and faculty to connect and support our  school and the community. All of the proceeds will go towards additional homeroom teachers and keeping our classroom sizes small. Our goal is to raise $77,000 this year.  More information and how to donate to this event will be communicated in the coming weeks.

The auction committee is looking for additional members to assist with the planning and coordination of this event. If you are interested in joining the committee, please email Tamara Reese & Rachelle Montanaro at [email protected]. The first committee meeting will be held this Thursday, September 20th at 7PM in room 212 at the school.

Enrichment classes will dismiss to the blacktop either behind the gym door, auditorium door, door #9, or door #15 when the class has ended for the day. You may double check your enrichment end time on the Neighborhood Center section of the school website. Please do not enter the building to pick-up for enrichment. Note that tennis lesson students will be picked up directly at Observatory Park on Thursdays.

You may contact Kyle Wiley for any enrichment absences at [email protected] or (720) 467-1671. He will be support for both AM & PM enrichment.

DISCOVERY LINK: Please make sure to e-mail Austin for any anticipated Discovery Link absences. It also helps to e-mail the office staff and/or your student's classroom teacher.

Remember, registration is not a confirmation of your spot. You will receive a separate e-mail once a spot opens that includes a start date.
