Every year brings new opportunities to make our services even better, and every day presents another chance to make our guests feel welcome and nourished.


Every guest walking through our doors is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. They aren't students, camp kids, or retired staff — they are our guests. Your warm welcome sets the tone for their entire visit. A genuine smile, a helpful demeanor, and an attentive approach from the moment they arrive can transform a simple meal into something truly special.

RA Dinner

Dining Services will host a special dinner for Residence Assistants (RAs) on Wednesday, August 13. Dining staff present new menu items and update RAs on events and services available to students. This year's dinner will take place at the Jepson Alumni Center and feature new menu items from 8:15 at Boatwright and the Heilman Dining Center. Special thanks to the Catering team for helping with this annual event.


Serve on USAC

The University Staff Advisory Council (USAC) is now accepting nominations for representatives for the 2025-2028 term. Dining has one open seat. USAC serves to provide input and recommendations to the administration regarding staff interests and concerns as they bear upon the life and operation of the institution. It is also a great opportunity to serve and learn more about how the university runs.  The successful candidate will work alongside Pietra Balsalmo and Amanda Boyd, the current USAC representatives for Dining Services.
