St. Mark Families:
This morning we were informed by the Erie County Department of Health that a St. Mark student has tested positive for COVID-19, due to exposure outside of school.
Per the Erie County DOH guidelines, staff and all families whose children have been in contact with the student for more than 60 minutes have been notified and must quarantine. If you have not been contacted directly by school Administration or Nurse Martin, your child does not have to be quarantined.
Per our Reopening Plan, the school has been disinfected thoroughly each day.
School will be open for in person learning tomorrow, September 14 for Cohort A students. We will continue to keep our school community informed of any pertinent information.
Please remember that it is the responsibility of all community members to follow CDC and DOH guidelines. Doing so will ensure the safety of all students.
Sincerely,
R. Clemens & H. McCarthy
