Dear PPS Members,

At the beginning of this new Congress, the Private Practice Section identified achieving legislation that requires Medicare and federal health plans to provide parity for both coverage and payment for physical therapist services through telehealth as one of our top legislative and advocacy priorities.

In order to advance our efforts to achieve this policy change allowing you to meet the needs of your patients, your practice, and the private practice physical therapist community, PPS is asking for just a few minutes of your time.

We have created a survey to identify how our members are using, and being reimbursed for, care provided via telehealth either by private payers or cash paying patients. We seek data and anecdotes to support our pursuit of physical therapists being included as providers authorized under Medicare to use this technology. The results of the survey will help us provide information to the Congressional Telehealth Caucus and Members of Congress considering support for federal telehealth legislation. This is why your participation in this survey is critical.

The survey should take less than 7 minutes to complete. We will close the survey on April 26. The short amount of time you spend answering the questions could make a difference in how impactful we can be as the Congressional Telehealth Caucus works to update and revise the CONNECT for Health Act for the 116th Congress.

Thank you in advance for your contribution to the achievement of PPS legislative and advocacy priorities.

President, Private Practice Section
