Make a Difference Day Permission Form Signature Request

Dear Mercy Parents/Guardians,

We apologize for the oversight and confusion in regard to the Make a Difference Day permission form. Unfortunately, this field trip consent form was NOT included in the original back to school FinalForms required documents as originally thought.

Please login to FinalForms and click on Field Trip and Spirit Week Consent:

Kindly review, sign consent, and submit in Final Forms by 11pm Wednesday, September 21 so your daughter can participate in the Make a Difference Day activities on Thursday, September 22. Students will also need to login and submit their signature.

Make a Difference Day is such an important event for our school community to join together in service. This day affords our students a chance to practice the charism of Mercy! Thank you for your understanding and support.
