**URGENT NEED** PLEASE HELP A FAMILY IN NEED THROUGH THE BUTLER GIVING TREE
Giving Tree
The Butler Giving Tree has tags that display the names of holiday gifts that can be donated for families in our Butler Community who are in need of extra support this holiday season.

The Butler Giving Tree is on display in the hallway near the main office and will be moved temporarily to the Holiday Shoppe/Vendor Fair on Friday, December 9.

Please choose a tag and purchase the gift listed. We ask that you wrap the gift and be sure to secure the same tag to the outside of the gift wrap.

All gifts should be delivered to the main office no later than December 15 - to ensure holiday delivery. Thank you for all of your wonderful generosity and support!

For more information, please contact Peggy Bernabei.
HOLIDAY SHOPPE & VENDOR FAIR | DECEMBER 9 | 5-8PM
Holiday Shoppe
Friday, December 9 | 5-8 pm
Butler Stage

Please join us for our Annual Holiday Shoppe event on December 9 from 5pm – 8pm on the Butler stage. This is a wonderful way for students to buy holiday gifts for their family and friends.

The flyer with kids budgeting envelopes has been sent home. The envelopes are for budgeting purposes so the kids can go on stage Friday night without a parent to keep it a surprise but stay within their spending limit. This is an evening event only. Holiday Shoppe is NOT a drop-off event.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are still in need of volunteers for this event so if you are able to offer up your time, please contact Kerri, Michelle, or Christy to help. We look forward to seeing you all there for an exciting night to kick off the holiday season!
Vendor Fair
Friday, December 9 | 5-8 pm

Parents - come shop at the Vendor Fair while your kids are shopping at the Holiday Shoppe! Butler Spirit Wear will be on sale along with the vendors listed here.

Make sure to check out the Giving Tree when visiting the Vendor Fair/Holiday Shoppe. These items can be returned to school by December 15. Thanks so much for helping with this very important project!!!

YOU MUST HAVE CLEARANCES TO VOLUNTEER
In order to volunteer in the classroom, you must have current volunteer clearances through CBSD. ***Failure to gain CBSD volunteer credentials may prohibit your ability to support any upcoming parties.*** Questions? Contact Erin McCreary.

The process is EASY and all done online using the Volunteer Tracker App. Every CB volunteer will need to register, and upload their clearances.

Pennsylvania law requires all persons having direct contact with school children obtain background checks and clearances. Click here for the required clearances, along with links to the state’s websites.
