A prayer for "Back to School"
O God! Educate these children. These children are the plants of Thine orchard, the flowers of Thy meadow, the roses of Thy garden. Let Thy rain fall upon them; let the Sun of Reality shine upon them with Thy love. Let Thy breeze refresh them in order that they may be trained, grow and develop, and appear in the utmost beauty. Thou art the Giver. Thou art the Compassionate. --‘Abdu’l-Baha

Wilmette Institute offers introductory course on the Baha'i Faith
The Baha'i Faith: A Comprehensive Introduction offers a thorough and systematic study of the Baha'i religion. Units will examine the authoritative texts, the fundamental concept of unity and its implications for creating community, reforming the world, and re-conceptualizing such subjects as leadership, politics, and conflict; the nature of God, revelation, manifestation, humanity, creation, and religion.

The historical section of the course will examine the development of the Bahá'í community from the time of the Báb (1844) to the present, considering the development of new Baha'i institutions and the Faith's focus on several important priorities: diversity, geographical spread, and empowerment of the membership.
