Yes! If you would like to utilize the conference branded slide deck, you can download it here. Please note you will have to download the slide deck to edit it for your presentation.
Does Bizzabo provide a Tech Check to ensure an optimal viewing experience while utilizing the platform?
Yes! You can check if your system supports the Bizzabo Virtual Experience by utilizing the Quick Tech Check. (If you are having trouble getting into any sessions or into the platform, it usually is because it is the incorrect browser)
How do I upload my presentation files?
To upload your presentation files, utilize the following steps:
- Log in to your speaker’s portal and enter your virtual session.
- Select the Files tab in the navigation bar at the top of the screen and select “add file” button in the top right of the pop-up window.
- Upload your presentation from your device.
- Select “add to playlist” once the file conversion is complete
It is recommended to convert powerpoint presentations to PDF for formatting purposes. You can upload changes to your presentation later. Please note that you will need to use a DIFFERENT filename when you upload a new document.
Will there be someone in the room with me to address any technical issues?
Yes, there will be both a technical moderator and a content moderator in your room with you. The content moderator will introduce the session, go over housekeeping items for participants, and assist in monitoring the chat and facilitating the conversation. The technical moderator will begin and end the recording and address any technical issues that may arise during the presentation.
Is it ok if our session ends before the scheduled time?
Yes, if your session ends prior to the scheduled end time it is absolutely ok.
