Injury Disability - Basic Benefits

When you become Totally Disabled within 90 days as a result of a covered injury, benefits are payable after the elimination period shown in your policy based your selection from 3 months up to 24 months continuous Total Disability, prorated on a daily basis. You choose the monthly benefit amount.

Total Benefit 24 months ($144,000) tax free.

Sickness Disability - Basic Benefits

When you become totally disabled due to a covered sickness, benefits are payable after the elimination period shown in you policy up to 3 month to 24 months ($144,000) tax free of continuous total disability, prorated on a daily basis. You choose the monthly benefit amount.

(Equivalent to 90% of take home salary up to $135,000)

*w/ CPS STD, we recommend covering income Gap 35-40% of your Annual Income
