USC Price Class Project Inspires Shelter for Homeless Students

Trojan Shelter will open its doors on Nov. 3 to six students in the South Los Angeles area in need of homes. Senior Abigail Leung and junior Esther Cha created the shelter, a place for students experiencing homelessness to live until they transition into more permanent housing, after taking a class last year with Cara Esposito, a professor in the Price School of Public Policy.
