Recap: Equity Council
The council met in November and worked on two separate surveys for staff and students. The surveys ask about knowledge, attitudes and opinions. Both surveys will be shared with students and staff in early January 2019. The resulting data will be used by the Equity Council as they continue to focus on equity.

Did you know? Equity is not the same as equality.

Equity provides everyone with what they need to be successful (and that is different for all of us) while equality is treating everyone the same.
