Capital Needs Assessments and Transition Plans for Rural Development
AFHMP - 1 Hour
USDA RD Staff will provide training that reviews the Plan and how the borrower meets their Fair Housing responsibilities.
 
Supervisory Visits - 1 Hour
USDA RD Staff will be discussing the Why of it all.  Which areas are examined before, during and after the visit which include the desk review, physical inspections, management requirements and project records.
