Global Commercial Trading, LLC. is offering a USED NUTRO POWDER COAT PAINT LINE for the Aluminum Alloy Wheel Industry.
*Gema Paint Guns (x10) Type GA03, Nordson Booth Excell 2000, Nordson Sieve
*The guns can be used direct spray or manual and the wheels are transferred from the application line to the curing line via pick and place elevator.
This line was used to run 14 – 22 inch wheels with spacing, limitations come when painting parts with diameters above 20”. Oven turns have a 40” diameter, to paint larger parts wheels must be spaced.
The production capacity (wheels/hour)
The line was run at 300-350 PPH, depending on wheel size, original specification 350PPH, 18” Wheel.
This line is still under power and is located on the East Coast of the USA
